Q. What car service should I choose?

Our 3 levels of service are designed to meet the needs of all cars, whatever their condition.

Interim Service – 6-month vehicle service

This 6 month, 49 point service is designed for the high mileage car user, or where the manufacturer recommends more frequent checks between annual services. This service includes an oil and filter change, top-ups of essential fluids, as well as brake, steering and suspension checks (by removing the wheels).

Full Service – 12-month vehicle service

This is a comprehensive annual service for trouble free motoring. It exceeds most manufacturers’ service schedules and includes 76 checks and adjustments including an air filter change, a top up of brake fluid, power steering fluid and coolant. High-quality parts are used and we check and record wear and tear items using a colour code reporting system, to give you peace of mind.

Major Service – 24-month vehicle service

This 24-month complete service covers all areas of essential maintenance. In addition to all the items included in our Interim and Full Services, the Major Service covers items that are regularly recommended for replacement every two years, including your cabin filter and brake hydraulic fluid.

Q. What should I bring with me?

There are a few things you’ll need to bring with you on the day, to make sure your Car Service goes smoothly:

Alloy wheel keys or locking nuts

As part of your Car Service, our technicians will need to remove your wheels to inspect the condition of your steering and suspension systems. Please bring your locking nuts with you, so that our team can carry out your Service without delay (we’ll need to remove your wheels to do this).

An empty boot

Our technicians will inspect the condition and tread depth of your spare tyre, which is usually located under the boot of the car. Please empty your boot of luggage and other heavy items before you arrive at Temple Cloud Garage.

Your service book

We’ll need to check when you last had certain items replaced, such as spark plugs, brake fluid and cabin filters. This information is stored in your service book – please bring it with you so that we have everything we need to properly assess your car on the day.

Q. Do you use high-quality parts?

Yes, all of our parts are of Original Equipment (OE) quality, and we use the correct oil grades for your car, every time.

Q. Is the work guaranteed?

We have total confidence in the quality of the parts we use and the work carried out by our expert technicians. That’s why all work is guaranteed for up to 12,000 miles or 12 months.

Q. Do you service hybrid vehicles?

Yes, our technicians are qualified to service any make and model of hybrid vehicle.
